Are you missing a bike; a baseball or softball glove; a watch; cell phone; a set of keys maybe?

A lot of people turn miscellaneous things in that have been found throughout the City. If you have lost anything, (ie. bike, watch, cell phone, clothing, keys) feel free to contact us and we will check to see if it may have been turned in to City Hall.

The City has a collection of bikes that have been found and turned in. If you or your child have had a bike stolen or misplaced, there is a good chance that we may have it. In order to claim a bicycle, we need a full description (color, make, boys/girls, etc) and an adult must sign for it. If these bikes are not claimed within 30 days, the City will hold an auction and sell them.

New construction, additions and remodels including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, etc. This includes Commercial Properties and Multi-Family Residential Properties (apartments and condos). These permits all require a commercial application and must be reviewed.

General Information
Permit status, permit fee schedule, credit card payment authorization, inspections and requirements & guidelines.

Maintenance Permits – No plan review required
Reroof, reside, window/door replacement, plumbing & mechanical change-outs. This includes single family homes, 2-family homes and townhouses.

Public Works Utility & Grading Permits
Public utility permit (ROW), grading permit, curb cut permit, sewer/water connect/disconnect, dumpster in the ROW permit.

Residential Properties
New construction, additions and remodels including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc. This includes single family homes, 2-family homes and townhouses.

Zoning & Land Use Permits
fence permit, retaining wall permit, hard cover calculations, accessory structures, variance, expansion and public lands permits.
